🆕😊
Often imitated, never duplicated. The CMS 50DL Pulse Oximeter from Homecarewholesale is one of the most popular fingertip pulse oximeters in the world, and for good reason.
Principle of measurement
Principle of the Oximeter is as follows: An experience formula of data process is established taking use of Lambert Beer Law according to Spectrum Absorption Characteristics of Reductive Hemoglobin (Hb) and Oxyhemoglobin (HbO2) in glow & near-infrared zones. Operation principle of the instrument is: Photoelectric Oxyhemoglobin Inspection Technology is adopted in accordance with Capacity Pulse Scanning & Recording Technology, so that two beams of different wavelength of lights can be focused onto human nail tip through perspective clamp finger-type sensor. Then measured signal can be obtained by a photosensitive element, information acquired through which will be shown on screen through treatment in electronic circuits and microprocessor.

Tengo años con el mio, solo le cambiado la bateria y sigue funcionando perfectamente, es muy resistente y preciso
I bought this when I was having a bit of trouble with my asthma, and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting hypoxic. This is easy to use and gives me peace of mind. Knowing my blood oxygen is holding strong at 98 or 99% is comforting, even if I'm wheezing. I don't use this as much now, but I'm glad I have it for whenever I may need to monitor again.
Like: easy to read; seems reasonably precise (i.e. readings seem to be reproducible with in +- 1% or so); fast results; delivery was faster than expected; item was well protected with packaging. What I am uncertain about is accuracy, since I have no reliable "standard" device to compare it to, although I suspect it is reasonably accurate since the readings are similar to what I remember seeing at previous physician visits. I should bring it to my next health appointment to check this. Of course this presumes that my physician's device is accurate which may not always be the case. In any case, I am, so far, happy with this purchase
good unit, wish they gave instructions on what the numbers mean. I had to google it.
