Simply place ice cubes or cold water from a hotel or restaurant into the "Ice Tube" side, and place your medication in the "Medicine Storage Tube". This emergency setup will maintain a safe 2-8°C for 6-8 hours.

• Anti-Frost Protection: The kit includes 2 soft medication bags that isolate your medicine from direct contact with the bio-gels. This prevents your medication from becoming too cold and deteriorating.
